Full body is the largest package on our price list, and the one where the per session maths matters most. Female full body is $400 for a single session, $1,800 for five sessions and $2,800 for eight.

Male full body is $600 for a single session, $2,700 for five and $4,200 for eight. Below is what a full body visit involves, what the packages work out at per session, and who the treatment suits.

How Laser Hair Removal Works

Light, pigment, and the reason a course of sessions is needed.

Laser hair removal sends light energy into the skin, where the pigment in the hair follicle absorbs it. That energy becomes heat and damages the follicle, so the hair it later produces tends to grow back finer, lighter and sparser. It is a reduction treatment, not a removal treatment, and that matters before you commit to a package this size.

A course is needed because of the hair growth cycle. Only hair in its active growth phase absorbs enough energy to be affected, and at any moment only a share of your hair is in that phase. Sessions are spaced several weeks apart so a different share is caught each time, which is why full body is priced in packages of five and eight rather than sold as one visit.

Maintenance sessions are generally needed over time, and no clinic can honestly promise permanent removal. Our guide to laser hair removal in Oakville lists the rates for every individual area.

What a Full Body Appointment Involves

One long visit, worked through the body in stages.

Full body does not mean one quick pass of the device. The visit is worked through in stages, region by region, with settings adjusted for each area.

  1. AssessmentYour hair and skin are assessed, your history reviewed, and a patch test may be carried out.
  2. PreparationYou are generally asked to shave the areas beforehand and to avoid sun exposure and tanning.
  3. Treatment in stagesThe body is covered area by area, with settings adjusted per region and cooling for comfort.
  4. Checks as we goYour provider watches how your skin responds and adjusts if needed.
  5. AftercareYou receive clear aftercare guidance and book the next session at a suitable interval.

This is the longest appointment on our menu, so plan for it rather than squeezing it into a lunch break. The exact time depends on your hair density and the areas included, so we confirm it when you book. Because full body means different things at different clinics, we confirm the exact list of areas your package covers at consultation. Anything outside it, such as a Brazilian, is named and priced separately.

Who Full Body Suits

Honest candidacy comes before any package this size.

Full body suits people already treating several areas separately. It is often considered by people dealing with:

  • Legs, arms and underarms together
  • Body hair that regrows quickly
  • Ingrown hairs and razor irritation
  • Time spent shaving every week
  • Coarse regrowth on larger areas
  • The running cost of waxing appointments

It is not right for everyone. Laser responds best to dark hair on lighter skin, because it needs pigment in the follicle to target. Blonde, red, grey and white hair hold very little pigment, so results are far less predictable and may not justify a package this size. Darker skin tones can often be treated with suitable settings, assessed in person rather than assumed. Treatment is generally not carried out during pregnancy or breastfeeding, over active infection or inflammation, or where certain medications or conditions make it unsuitable. Care here is provided under the medical direction of Dr. Andrea Garcia, MD CCFP.

What the Packages Work Out At per Session

The maths, done out loud, for both rates.

A package this size deserves arithmetic rather than the word value. These are the published full body rates, kept separate because they are two different prices:

  • Female, single session: $400
  • Male, single session: $600
  • Female, 5 sessions: $1,800
  • Male, 5 sessions: $2,700
  • Female, 8 sessions: $2,800
  • Male, 8 sessions: $4,200

On the female rates, the eight session package at $2,800 works out at $350 a session against $400 booked singly. Eight singles would come to $3,200, so the package is $400 less. The five session package at $1,800 is $360 a session against $2,000 for five singles, a difference of $200.

On the male rates, the eight session package at $4,200 works out at $525 a session against $600 booked singly. Eight singles would come to $4,800, so the package is $600 less. The five session package at $2,700 is $540 a session against $3,000 for five singles, a difference of $300.

The honest caveat: a package only saves you anything if you complete it, and how many sessions suit you is decided at consultation. Every area rate is on our price list.

Results, Recovery and Maintenance

What the days after a full body session are like.

The most common short term effects are redness and a warm, prickly feeling across the treated areas, usually settling within a day or so. Because full body covers so much skin at once, that feeling is more widespread than after one small area, so plan a quiet evening.

Hair does not fall out on the spot. Over the following weeks treated hairs shed, which can look like regrowth at first. Sun exposure and tanning should be avoided before and after treatment, and our aftercare guidance covers the rest.

Across a course, hair generally grows back finer and sparser rather than vanishing at once. Results vary, and maintenance is usually needed to hold the reduction.

Frequently Asked Questions About Full Body Laser Hair Removal in Oakville

Still deciding? These are the questions we hear most.

If your question is not here, our team is happy to help. The clearest answers come from a consultation, where your hair, skin and chosen areas are assessed in person.

How much is full body laser hair removal in Oakville?
Female full body is $400 for a single session, $1,800 for five sessions and $2,800 for eight. Male full body is $600 for a single session, $2,700 for five and $4,200 for eight. The female and male rates are separate prices and are never combined or averaged.
What areas does a full body package include?
Full body means different things at different clinics, so we confirm the exact list of areas your package covers at consultation. If an area you want falls outside it, we will say so and price it separately.
How long does a full body session take?
It is the longest appointment on our menu, because the body is worked through in stages rather than one pass. The length depends on your hair density and the areas included, so we confirm it when you book.
Is laser hair removal permanent?
No. The accurate term is permanent hair reduction. Treated follicles tend to produce finer, lighter and sparser hair, and the reduction can be lasting, but maintenance sessions are generally needed over time.
Should I book five sessions or eight?
That is a clinical judgement, not a sales one. How many sessions suit you depends on your hair, your skin and the areas treated, and your provider will give you an honest view at consultation. The eight session package costs less per session, but only if you finish it.
Does laser hair removal work on every hair and skin type?
Not equally. It responds best to dark hair on lighter skin, because it targets pigment in the follicle. Blonde, red, grey and white hair hold little pigment and respond far less predictably. Darker skin tones can often be treated with suitable settings, assessed in person.
